| I recently had a car accident and was given a list of auto body shops that Allstate recommended. Since I live in Ellington, I chose your dealership. From the moment I spoke with Bob Titus to the day I picked up my car, I can honestly say I have never been treated so courteously. Good customer service is hard to find... excellent customer service is almost a rarity.
I feel that Bob treated my car as though it were his own, and I know he took pride in the finished product. What could have been a worrisome, unpleasant experience turned out to be just the opposite.

For a little over a year, I had heard wonderful things about your group. I decided to invest in an oil change card even though this establishment is about 15 minutes out of my way. Much to my dismay, my first experience here was negative to say the least. It took over an hour to get my oil changed with an appointment. I was 15 minutes late to work because of it and terribly unhappy. Today, I am relieved to say the service was spectacular. Not only was I scheduled a same day appointment before the busy weekend, but the entire service staff was incredibly helpful, not to mention courteous. Maybe the person who helped me on my first day was just in a bad mood. Today's performance completely made up for my negative perception and I will be happy to recommend your services to friends and family in the future with no reservations. A+++ to you service staff.

My mom and I would like to thank the staff of Lee's Auto Ranch for the outstanding service provided during my recent purchase of the 2001 Dodge Ram Tracy is an outstanding sales person, listening and understanding all of the customers needs. She was easy to talk with, giving complements often. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities and the conversation with the service manager about all the added features of my truck.
